The invention discloses an intelligent control method for a tower crane. The intelligent control method comprises the following steps of firstly setting an early warning value, then acquiring and storing a real-time signal, and then carrying out data analysis and regional protection judgment on the acquired real-time signal through a central control unit so as to control the working states of a lifting main board, a rotary main board and a variable amplitude main board on the corresponding tower crane. An intelligent control system constructed according to the intelligent tower crane control method comprises a human-computer interaction interface, a central control unit, a system protection module, a limiting detection module, a data recording module, a work monitoring module and a safety module, wherein an area protection module is electrically connected between the limiting detection module and the safety module, the input end of the safety module and the output end of the central control unit are electrically connected with the lifting main board, the rotary main board and the variable amplitude main board which are the same in structure. The system has the advantages that the use reliability can be improved, the use flexibility is high, use is convenient, safety is high, stability is high, and working efficiency is high.

    本发明公开了一种塔机智能控制方法,它包括先预警数值设定,然后进行实时信号采集和存储,接着通过中央控制单元对采集到的实时信号进行数据分析,以及区域保护判定,以控制对应的塔机上的起升主板、回转主板和变幅主板工作状态。依据上述塔机智能控制方法所构建的智能控制系统,包括人机交互界面、中央控制单元、系统防护模块、限位检测模块、数据记录模块、工作监控模块和安全模块,限位检测模块与安全模块之间电性连接有区域保护模块;安全模块的输入端与中央控制单元的输出端电性连接有结构相同的起升主板、回转主板和变幅主板。本发明不仅能够提高使用的可靠性,还具有使用灵活度高、使用方便、安全性高、稳定性高和工作效率高。
