The invention relates to an anti-collision control method and device for a vehicle, equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises steps that based on the current position information of a target vehicle, a reference vehicle is selected from a plurality of adjacent vehicles in the same driving direction as the target vehicle, and the view range of the reference vehicle can cover a blind area of the target vehicle; the driving state information of the reference vehicle is monitored ; and the driving speed of the target vehicle is controlled according to the driving state information of the reference vehicle. According to the method, the risk that the target vehicle collides with pedestrians or other vehicles can be effectively reduced, and driving safety of the target vehicle is improved.
