The invention relates to a self-loading and self-unloading method and system for a magnetofluid momentum wheel. The self-loading and self-unloading method is realized on the momentum wheel consisting of a downward buckle plate type upper cover, a barrel-shaped lower shell with an upper opening, an upper sealing gasket, a lower sealing gasket, one to four electrodes, one to two permanent magnets, and one to two annular magnetic tracks filled with conductive fluid. A lower sealing gasket is used for sequentially fixing a permanent magnet on one layer and packaging the permanent magnet on the lower part of the inner cavity of the lower shell and packaging one to four electrode limiting and constraining two layers in the middle of the inner cavity of the lower shell from bottom to top; the upper sealing gasket seals the two permanent magnets at the upper part of the inner cavity of the lower shell, and the upper sealing gasket and the lower sealing gasket play a role in sealing the first and second annular magnetic tracks which are positioned between the electrodes and contain conductive fluid; the conductive fluid of which the upper part and the lower part are permanent magnets rotates to generate angular momentum under the action of Lorentz force; the first permanent magnet and the second permanent magnet form a high-strength vertical magnetic field, the first annular magnetic track and the second annular magnetic track are used for loading and unloading angular momentum respectively, and therefore self-loading and self-unloading of the momentum wheel are achieved. The method has the advantages of high reliability and capability of carrying out self-loading and self-unloading processes.

    本发明涉及一种磁流体动量轮的自加载卸载方法及系统,在由下向扣板式上盖、上敞口桶形下壳体及上下密封垫,一至四电极,一二永磁体,充满导电流体的一二环形磁道组成的动量轮上实现;下密封垫自下至上依次将一永磁体固定一层封装在下壳体内腔下部,将一至四电极限位约束二层封装在下壳体内腔中部;上密封垫将二永磁体封固在下壳体内腔上部,与下密封垫一起对位于电极间内含导电流体的一二环形磁道起密封作用;上下方为永磁体的导电流体在洛伦兹力的作用下导电流体发生旋转转动产生角动量;一二永磁体形成高强度的垂直磁场,一二环形磁道分别用于角动量的加载和卸载,从而实现动量轮自加载和卸载。具有可靠性高、能进行自加载和卸载过程的优点。
