The invention discloses a variable-speed motor/flywheel hybrid power transmission device of a planetary gear mechanism, and belongs to the technical field of automobile power devices. The device can realize pure motor driving, power coupling, braking energy recovery and parking charging modes of the automobile. According to the device, a driving motor is connected with a transmission through a clutch and connected with driving wheels through a main speed reducer, a differential mechanism and half shafts; an outer rotor shaft of the double-rotor motor is externally meshed with a gear ring in a planetary gear row of the transmission through a gear, an inner rotor is connected with an energy storage flywheel through a gear pair, and a slip ring is electrically connected with a battery through a control circuit; and an ECU is electrically connected with the battery management system and the motor controller. An energy storage flywheel in the system recycles part of braking kinetic energy in a mechanical energy form, and energy recycling is achieved; the flywheel is dynamically coupled with the motor after torque increasing, so that the instantaneous acceleration of the automobile is increased; after parking, if the flywheel still rotates, namely the flywheel has residual energy, the double-rotor motor is in a generator working state, the energy stored by the flywheel drives the double-rotor motor to operate, and the energy is stored in the power battery. In the energy conversion process, conversion of automobile kinetic energy and flywheel kinetic energy is achieved through the double-rotor motor, the charging and discharging frequency and depth of the battery are reduced, and the service life of the battery is prolonged.

    本发明公开一种行星齿轮机构变速电动机/飞轮混合动力传动装置,属于汽车动力装置的技术领域。该装置可实现汽车纯电机驱动、动力耦合、制动能量回收及停车充电模式。本发明方案:驱动电机通过离合器连接变速器,经主减速器、差速器、半轴与驱动轮相连;双转子电机外转子轴通过齿轮与变速器行星齿轮排中齿圈外啮合,内转子经齿轮副与储能飞轮相连,滑环经控制电路与电池电气连接;ECU与电池管理系统、电机控制器电气连接。该系统中储能飞轮以机械能形式回收部分制动动能,实现能量回收;飞轮增扭后与电机动力耦合,提高汽车瞬时加速度;停车后若飞轮还在转动,即飞轮还有剩余能量时,使双转子电机处于发电机工作状态,由飞轮存储的能量驱动双转子电机运转,将能量储存在动力电池中。在上述能量转换过程中,通过双转子电机实现了汽车动能与飞轮动能的转换,降低了电池的充放电频率及深度,提高了电池的使用寿命。
