The present invention relates to a bicycle transmission using a variable speed motor and a planetary gear mechanism and, specifically, comprises: a first input rotation shaft connected to a main powersource to rotate; a second input rotation shaft for receiving rotation force provided from a variable speed motor; a planetary gear mechanism for receiving rotation force provided from the first input rotation shaft and the second input rotation shaft; an output shaft for receiving rotation force provided from the planetary gear mechanism; and a control unit for controlling the variable speed motor to control the rotation direction and speed of the second input rotation shaft, wherein the first input rotation shaft is disposed concentrically with the output shaft, so as to simplify the transmission, reduce the volume thereof, and enable multi-gear shifting.
