The invention discloses an adjustable and self-locking supporting leg mechanism for lifting equipment. The adjustable and self-locking supporting leg mechanism comprises a support on the upper portion, a base on the lower portion and a support position adjusting mechanism for adjusting the relative axial position of the support and the base, and the support is connected with the base through the support position adjusting mechanism. The support comprises a seat body, and the upper end of the seat body is provided with a supporting plate for connecting a lifted object with the support. The support position adjusting mechanism comprises a screw with a thread at the upper end, a locking nut and a connecting block on the lower portion, the lower end of the screw is connected with the connecting block, and the upper portion of the screw is matched with the locking nut. A vertical connecting plate is hinged to the base through a first pin shaft. A positioning connecting plate is arranged at the lower end of the support, and the locking nut is connected with the positioning connecting plate. The adjustable and self-locking supporting leg mechanism with the structure has a self-locking function, the supporting leg does not retract, and the problem of retraction caused by long-time lifting is thoroughly solved.
