The invention discloses a self-locking type adjustable sliding lifting device and a lifting method. The self-locking type adjustable sliding lifting device comprises a frame structure; the guide rail mechanism is arranged on the frame structure; the hoisting mechanism is arranged on the guide rail mechanism in a sliding manner; the wedge-shaped clamp is connected with the hoisting mechanism and comprises an inner hoop, an outer hoop and a limiting ring, the limiting ring is pre-positioned on the pipeline, the outer hoop is of a wedge-shaped structure, the inner hoop is of a non-closed open annular structure, the inner hoop is fixed to the outer side of the pipeline through the limiting ring, the outer hoop is detachably arranged on the outer side of the inner hoop, and the limiting ring is detachably arranged on the outer side of the inner hoop. The inner hoop is tightly pressed through the effect of wedge-shaped extrusion force so as to tightly hold the pipeline, and the purpose of self-locking, tightly holding and lifting the pipeline is achieved. By arranging the guide rail mechanism, the horizontal position of the pipeline can be adjusted when the hoisting mechanism hoists, the construction step of welding a lifting lug is avoided through cooperative use of the inner hoop and the outer hoop, the quality of the pipeline is not prone to being affected, and the construction efficiency can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种自锁式可调节滑动起吊装置及起吊方法,自锁式可调节滑动起吊装置包括框架结构;导轨机构,设置在框架结构上;起吊机构,可滑动地设置在导轨机构上;以及楔形卡具,与起吊机构连接,楔形卡具包括内抱箍、外抱箍和限位圈,限位圈预定位在管道上,外抱箍设置为楔形结构,内抱箍为非封闭的开口环状结构,内抱箍通过限位圈固定在管道的外侧,外抱箍可拆卸地设置在内抱箍外侧,以通过楔形的挤压力作用紧压内抱箍而对管道抱紧,达到自锁抱紧管道提升的目的。通过设置导轨机构从而可以在起吊机构吊装时调整管道水平位置,内抱箍和外抱箍的配合使用从而避免了焊接吊耳的施工步骤,不仅不容易影响管道本身的质量,而且能够提高施工效率。
