The invention relates to the technical field of elevator locking mechanisms, and discloses a self-adaptive locking mechanism based on vertical lifting equipment. The self-adaptive locking mechanism based on the vertical lifting equipment comprises a connecting truss, the two sides of the top end of the connecting truss are each fixedly provided with a group of a fixing support, a first locking air cylinder and a second locking air cylinder are fixedly installed at the upper end and the lower end of one side of the outer portion of each fixing support correspondingly, and transmission shafts of the first locking air cylinder and the second locking air cylinder both penetrate through and extend into an inner cavity of the corresponding fixing support and are fixedly provided with locking pressing blocks correspondingly. According to the self-adaptive locking mechanism based on the vertical lifting equipment, for exhaust ring grooves and air inlet ring grooves in airflow guide seats and the arrangement that the exhaust ring grooves and the air inlet ring grooves communicate with the first locking air cylinders and the second locking air cylinders, high-pressure air in inner cavities of the second locking air cylinders is conveyed into inner cavities of the first locking air cylinders so as to resist the elastic force of pressure springs on the first locking air cylinders, and then sufficient power support is provided for movement of the first locking air cylinders and the locking pressing blocks on the first locking air cylinders.

    本发明涉及升降机锁止机构技术领域,且公开了一种基于垂直升降设备中的自适应锁止机构,包括连接桁架,所述连接桁架顶端的两侧分别固定安装有一组固定支架,所述固定支架外部一侧的上下两端分别固定安装有一组第一锁止气缸和第二锁止气缸,所述第一锁止气缸和第二锁止气缸的传动轴均贯穿并延伸至固定支架的内腔且分别固定安装有一组锁止压块。该基于垂直升降设备中的自适应锁止机构,对于气流导向座上排气环槽、进气环槽及其与第一锁止气缸与第二锁止气缸之间相连通的设置,将第二锁止气缸内腔中的高压气体输送到第一锁止气缸的内腔中以抵抗其上压力弹簧的弹力,进而为第一锁止气缸及其上锁止压块的移动提供充足的动力支持。
