The method and the device have the beneficial effects that a crowding degree judgment method is creatively introduced, the problem that the standing positions of passengers in the elevator are possibly scattered, and judgment of the robot is affected is solved, the opportunity of an independent area in the elevator is started through crowding degree judgment, and the containing robot smoothly enters the elevator; the containing box for containing the robot is arranged, the robot containing box is arranged to be of a folding structure, space is saved, and the passengers are not affected; and the first recognition line and the second recognition line are used for positioning the robot, and due to the fact that the coordinates of the robot are not accurate enough, the recognition lines exactly give standard coordinates.

    本发明公开了一种服务机器人进入电梯的方法及装置,属于服务机器人技术领域,包括服务机器人进入电梯的装置,其特征在于包括电梯通信模块、梯内视觉识别模块、机器人容纳箱、控制中心和无线收发模块,电梯口设置有第一识别线和第二识别线,服务机器人首先经过第一识别线,本发明的有益效果是:创造性地引入了拥挤度判断方法,解决了电梯内乘客站位可能比较散,影响机器人的判断,并利用拥挤度判断来开启电梯内独立区域时机,保证了容纳机器人顺利进入电梯;设置容纳机器人的容纳箱,机器人容纳箱设置成折叠结构,节省空间,不影响乘客;第一识别线与第二识别线进行机器人的定位,由于机器人本身的坐标不够精准,识别线恰恰给定了标准坐标。
