The invention discloses a double-mast integrated module for an underwater unmanned vehicle. The module comprises a U-shaped groove beam, a buoyancy block, a first mast, a second mast, a second mast supporting pad, a first mast supporting pad, a buoyancy block fixing piece, a first upper rotating shaft seat, a coupler, a key, a first transverse adjusting pad, a first lower rotating shaft seat, a horizontal adjusting pad, a first mounting base, a second mounting base, a second lower rotating shaft seat, a second transverse adjusting pad, a second upper rotating shaft seat and an adjusting screw rod. The structural support is provided for the mast through the U-shaped groove beam and the buoyancy block, position adjustment of the mast in the up-down direction, the left-right direction and the front-back direction can be achieved through the horizontal adjusting pad, the transverse adjusting pad and the adjusting nut, and the high requirement of part of the mast for installation precision is met. The two masts are axially arranged in the U-shaped groove beam in a staggered manner by fully utilizing the structural shapes of the masts to form a modular whole, so that the arrangement of the underwater vehicle is optimized, and meanwhile, the modular design is beneficial to being compatible with various underwater unmanned vehicles.

    本发明公开了一种水下无人航行器用双桅杆集成模块,包括U槽梁、浮力块、桅杆甲、桅杆乙、桅杆乙支撑垫、桅杆甲支撑垫、浮力块固定件、上转轴座甲、联轴器、键、横向调整垫甲、下转轴座甲、水平调整垫、安装基座甲、安装基座乙、下转轴座乙、横向调整垫乙、上转轴座乙和调节螺杆。利用U槽梁和浮力块为桅杆提供结构支撑,通过水平调整垫、横向调整垫和调节螺母可以分别实现桅杆上下、左右与前后六个方向的位置调节,满足部分桅杆对安装精度的高要求;充分利用桅杆的结构形状将两种桅杆轴向交错布置在U槽梁内,形成一个模块化整体,优化了水下航行器的布置,同时模块化的设计有利于兼容多种水下无人航行器。
