The invention discloses an anechoic tile attached to the outer surface of an underwater vehicle shell and an underwater vehicle. The anechoic tile is formed by closely arranging a plurality of regular hexagonal prism-shaped unit cell structures which are connected, wherein each unit cell structure sequentially comprises a base layer, a sound absorption layer and a sound transmission layer in the direction from the position close to the shell to the position away from the shell, and projections of a regular hexagon formed by the outer surface contours of the three parts in the axis direction of the regular hexagonal prism coincide; and the sound absorption layer comprises an internal material layer and a carbon fiber framework wrapping the internal material layer, the outer contours of the carbon fiber framework and the internal material layer are both regular hexagons, and a cavity longitudinally penetrating through the internal material layer is formed in the internal material layer. According to the anechoic tile structure, the carbon fiber honeycomb serves as an internal framework, and the problem that a cavity of a sound absorption structure deforms under deep water is solved. In addition, excellent sound absorption performance is achieved in low, medium and high frequency bands.

    本发明公开了一种贴合于水下航行器壳体外表面的消声瓦及水下航行器,其中,消声瓦由多个相接的正六棱柱形单胞结构紧密排布而成,其中所述单胞结构从靠近所述壳体至远离所述壳体方向依次包括:基底层、吸声层和透声层,三者的外表面轮廓构成的正六边形在所述正六棱柱轴线方向上的投影重合;所述吸声层包括内部材料层,和包裹所述内部材料层的碳纤维骨架,所述碳纤维骨架和所述内部材料层的外轮廓均为正六边形,所述内部材料层中具有纵向贯穿所述内部材料层的空腔。本发明消声瓦结构采用碳纤维蜂窝作为内部骨架,解决了深水下吸声结构空腔变形的难点。另外在低中高全频段都具有优良吸声性能。
