The method comprises the following steps of obtaining high-voltage power-off request information of a high-voltage loop; when a high-voltage power-off request is detected, after the first relay is controlled to be disconnected, controlling the second relay to be disconnected, and meanwhile obtaining a first on-load working condition; judging whether the switching-off sequence of the relays needs to be switched in the next high-voltage power-off process according to the obtained first on-load working condition; when it is judged that the switching-off sequence of the relays needs to be switched and the high-voltage power-off request is obtained again, controlling the second relay to be switched off, and then controlling the first relay to be switched off to complete a high-voltage power-off operation instruction and obtain a second on-load working condition; and according to the obtained second on-load working condition, judging whether the relay cut-off sequence needs to be switched in the next high-voltage power-off process. According to the power-off method for prolonging the service life of the whole vehicle relay, the design service life of the relay is utilized to the maximum extent, the two relays are replaced at the same time, the maintenance frequency is reduced, and the time interval is shortened.
本发明提供一种延长整车继电器寿命的下电方法及系统,方法包括如下步骤:获取高压回路的高压下电请求信息;当检测到高压下电请求时,控制第一继电器断开后、再控制第二继电器断同时获取第一带载工况;根据获取的第一带载工况,判断下次高压下电时是否需要切换继电器的切断顺序;当判定需要切换继电器的切断顺序,再次获取到高压下电请求时,控制第二继电器断开后、再控制第一继电器断开以完成高压下电操作指令同时获取第二带载工况;根据获取的第二带载工况,判断下次高压下电时是否需要切换继电器切断顺序。本发明提供的延长整车继电器寿命的下电方法,实现最大限度地利用继电器的设计寿命,并实现同时更换两个继电器,减少维修次数及时间间隔。
