The invention discloses a method and system for prolonging the service life of a storage battery. The method comprises the steps that whether the whole vehicle voltage is overloaded or not when a generator works is judged; when it is determined that the vehicle voltage is overloaded, the rotating speed of an engine is adjusted to increase the power generation power of a generator, and whether the vehicle voltage is overloaded or not when the generator works continues to be judged; when it is judged that the whole vehicle voltage is still overloaded, whether a driver and passengers get off the vehicle to use electricity or not is judged based on a door opening signal, the whole vehicle output power and the temperature in the vehicle; and if yes, other electric equipment in the vehicle is turned off until the voltage of the whole vehicle is maintained in a safe range, so that the service life of the storage battery is prolonged. Through the electric balance state of the whole vehicle, power generation adjustment and load control are carried out, so that the service life of the lead-acid storage battery is prolonged, and the operation cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种提升蓄电池寿命的方法和系统,其中该方法包括步骤:判断发电机工作时的整车电压是否过载;当确定所述整车电压过载时,调整发动机的转速以增加发电机的发电功率,并继续判断发电机工作时的整车电压是否过载;当判断所述整车电压仍然过载时,基于门开信号和整车输出功率以及车内温度判断驾乘人员是否下车用电;若是,关闭车内其他用电设备,直至整车电压维持在安全范围,以提升蓄电池的寿命。本申请通过整车电平衡状态,从而进行发电调整及控制负载大小,以提升铅酸蓄电池的寿命,减少运营成本。
