    本发明公开了一种摆动式喷砂除锈爬壁机器人,属于海洋装备表面处理技术领域,通过将旋转拨叉式转换装置和可往复摆动的喷砂器集成到机器人身上,在机器人行走过程中,可往复摆动的喷砂器和旋转拨叉式转换装置相互配合,进行往复式摆动喷砂除锈作业,除锈轨迹是两种运动的复合结果,其采用的旋转拨叉式转换装置能够实现往复伸缩功能,在机器人前进的同时可以推动辅助吸盘同步反向运动,即补偿机器人的前进位移,保证了喷砂器的位置状态不跟随机器人的前进运动而变化,避免了机器人行走速度过快所导致的摆动喷砂除锈的面积不重叠,提高了喷砂除锈的质量,保证了摆动式喷砂器的喷砂除锈的面积能够重叠,大大提高了喷砂除锈的除锈面积和除锈效率。
