According to the method, brake energy feedback entering or exiting conditions are perfected, a feedback state cannot be entered at a low vehicle speed, buffer spaces are reserved for the vehicle speed and the pedal angle for entering and exiting the feedback state, and the influence on the driving comfort of a driver is avoided; SOC thresholds of the power battery entering and exiting the feedback state are set to prevent the overall service life of the power battery from being influenced by overcharge; the method is related to the highest fault of the whole vehicle and the ABS function, and the safety of the whole vehicle is guaranteed.

    一种适用于新能源商用车制动能量回馈控制方法,涉及新能源汽车领域,解决现有扭矩控制方法中,动能量回馈进入或退出条件设定不完善,影响驾驶员的驾乘舒适性或影响电池的使用寿命,以及存在部件容易断裂的故障或出现反向高电压击穿高压回路中的元器件等问题,本发明方法完善了制动能量回馈进入或退出条件,不会在低车速时,进入回馈状态,并且进入和退出回馈状态的车速和踏板角度都留有缓冲空间,避免影响驾驶员的驾乘舒适性;设定进入和退出回馈状态的动力电池SOC阈值,防止动力电池过充影响的整体使用寿命;与整车最高级故障及ABS功能相关,保证整车安全性。
