The invention relates to a damping structure and an automatic guide carrier loader. The damping structure comprises a shock absorption top plate, a shock absorption bottom plate, a shock absorption plate, elastic pieces and guide pieces. The damping top plate and the damping bottom plate are used for connecting a vehicle body and are arranged at intervals in the height direction of the vehicle body. The shock absorption plate is arranged below the shock absorption bottom plate and used for installing the driving steering wheel. The elastic piece is vertically arranged. One end of the elastic piece abuts against the shock absorption top plate, and the other end of the elastic piece abuts against the shock absorption plate. The guide piece is veritcally arranged. One end of the guide piece is connected to the shock absorption plate, and the other end of the guide piece is slidably connected with the shock absorption bottom plate. Therefore, the shock absorption top plate and the vehicle body main body are effectively damped, so that the automatic guide carrier loader stably operates, and the influence of vibration of the vehicle body main body on vehicle-mounted equipment is reduced. Besides, the guide piece plays a role in guiding the reciprocating motion of the vibration reduction plate, so that the vibration reduction plate can stably move in the vertical direction, the stability of driving the steering wheel to walk is effectively guaranteed, and the influence of vibration of the vehicle body main body on vehicle-mounted equipment is reduced.
本发明涉及一种减震结构及自动导引运载车。减震结构包括减震顶板、减震底板、减震动板、弹性件及导向件。减震顶板及减震底板用于连接车身主体,并沿车身主体的高度方向间隔设置。减震动板设于减震底板的下方,用于安装驱动舵轮。弹性件竖向设置,弹性件的一端抵接于减震顶板,另一端抵接于减震动板。导向件竖向设置,导向件的一端连接于减震动板,另一端与减震底板滑动连接。如此,有效对减震顶板及车身主体进行减震,使自动导引运载车平稳运行,减少车身主体震动对车载设备的影响。此外,导向件对减震动板的往复运动起到导向的作用,使减震动板能在垂直方向平稳运动,有效保证驱动舵轮行走的平稳性,从而减少车身主体震动对车载设备的影响。
