The invention belongs to the technical field of automatic guiding carrier loaders, and particularly relates to a lifting mechanism of an automatic guiding carrier loader. The lifting mechanism comprises a carrying tray, a base plate, a connecting rod module and a lifting module, wherein the connecting rod module is connected between the carrying tray and the base plate so that the carrying tray can move horizontally in the first direction; the lifting module is arranged on the base plate, connected with the connecting rod module and located on one side of the connecting rod module, and the lifting module can drive the connecting rod module to make the carrying tray to move horizontally; and the first direction is the lifting direction of the lifting mechanism to the connecting rod module or the direction opposite to the lifting direction. By means of the lifting mechanism provided by the embodiment of the invention, the situation that the load of carried objects is unbalanced, and therefore a lifting structure loses efficacy can be at least avoided.
