The invention discloses a driving control method, device and equipment of an unmanned vehicle and an automatic driving vehicle, and relates to an automatic driving and intelligent traffic technology in the field of artificial intelligence. According to the specific implementation scheme, the method comprises the steps of obtaining unmanned vehicle state information and/or environment information in the driving process of an unmanned vehicle; according to the unmanned vehicle state information and/or the environment information, identifying the risk of the unmanned vehicle in the driving process; and carrying out driving control on the unmanned vehicle according to the control strategy corresponding to the risk. Through the process, the unmanned vehicle has risk identification and risk response capabilities, so that the safe passage of the unmanned vehicle can be ensured even under the condition of no safety personnel/driver.
