The invention relates to a pure electric loader and aims at solving a problem of braking energy recovery of an existing pure electric loader. The invention provides an electric loader braking system and a braking control method. The braking system comprises a motor braking system and a hydraulic braking system, wherein the hydraulic braking system comprises an electric proportional valve, a speedsensor and a braking sensor which are arranged on a braking oil way between a braking valve and a brake and electrically connected with a whole machine controller; the whole machine controller controls the opening degree of a brake valve opening of the electric proportional valve according to the whole machine speed and the brake strength and controls a working state of the walking motor through the motor controller. According to the system, the electric proportional valve is arranged behind the valve of the brake valve, so the motor of the loader is braked preferentially, kinetic energy of the loader is recycled during braking, abrasion and heating of the brake are reduced, and energy is saved.

    本发明涉及纯电动装载机,为解决现有纯电动装载机制动能量回收的问题;提供一种电动装载机制动系统和制动控制方法,其中制动系统包括电机制动系统和液压制动系统;液压制动系统包括在制动阀与制动器之间制动油路上设置与整机控制器电连接的电比例阀、速度传感器、制动传感器;整机控制器依据整机速度和制动强度控制电比例阀的制动阀口开度和通过电机控制器控制行走电机工作状态。在本发明中,在制动阀的阀后设置电比例阀,实现装载机的电机制动优先制动,在制动时回收装载机的动能,减小制动器的磨损和发热,并节约能源。
