The pure electric vehicle brake control system comprises a brake device, an axle oil temperature control device, an energy storage device and a whole vehicle controller, the axle oil temperature control device is connected with the brake device and arranged on an axle, the energy storage device is connected with the brake device, and the whole vehicle controller is connected with the energy storage device. The whole vehicle controller is connected with the braking device, the axle oil temperature control device and the energy storage device. According to the brake control system of the pure electric vehicle, the problem that electric braking of the whole vehicle cannot be started in the full-power state is solved, electric energy generated in the braking process can be used for heating axle lubricating oil, the electric braking of the whole vehicle can be smoothly started, energy waste is reduced while the vehicle braking force is enhanced, oil stirring energy loss can be further reduced, and the service life of the whole vehicle is prolonged. The vehicle starting stage efficiency is improved, and the vehicle driving range is increased.

    本发明实施例的纯电动车制动控制系统,包括:制动装置、车桥油温控制装置、储能装置和整车控制器,所述车桥油温控制装置与所述制动装置连接,所述车桥油温控制装置设在车桥上,所述储能装置与所述制动装置相连,所述整车控制器与所述制动装置、所述车桥油温控制装置、所述储能装置均相连。本发明实施例的纯电动车制动控制系统,解决了在满电状态下的整车电制动无法启动问题,能够将制动过程产生的电能用于加热车桥润滑油,顺利启动整车电制动,增强车辆制动力的同时减少能量浪费,进一步地还能够减少搅油能量损失,提升车辆起步阶段效率,提升车辆续驶里程。
