The invention discloses a brake control system and a brake control method of an electric vehicle and the electric vehicle. The brake control system of the electric vehicle comprises a vehicle control unit; a battery controller which is electrically connected with the high-voltage battery so as to acquire the state of the high-voltage battery in real time; a motor controller; a whole-vehicle stabilizer; an iBooster controller which is connected with the iBooster motor so as to drive the iBooster motor to build up pressure for the brake master cylinder and feed back the pressure of the brake master cylinder; an accelerator pedal; a shift mechanism; a vehicle mode switch; the whole-vehicle controller is respectively connected with the battery controller, the motor controller, the whole vehicle stabilizer and the iBooster controller through CAN signals; the whole-vehicle controller collects the states of an accelerator pedal, a gear shifting mechanism and a vehicle mode switch; and the whole-vehicle controller controls the corresponding electric control unit according to the state of the corresponding electric control unit and the driver request. According to the brake control system of the electric vehicle, electric brake can be adopted for recovery to the maximum extent, and meanwhile the brake feeling consistency and brake safety can be guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车的制动控制系统、制动控制方法及电动汽车,电动汽车的制动控制系统包括:整车控制器;电池控制器,与高压电池电连接以实时采集高压电池的状态;电机控制器;整车稳定器;iBooster控制器,与iBooster电机相连以驱动iBooster电机为制动主缸建压、并反馈制动主缸压力;油门踏板;换档机构;车辆模式开关;整车控制器分别与电池控制器、电机控制器、整车稳定器以及iBooster控制器通过CAN信号连接;整车控制器采集油门踏板、换档机构以及车辆模式开关的状态;整车控制器根据相应电控单元的状态和驾驶员请求控制相应的电控单元。根据本发明实施例的电动汽车的制动控制系统,可最大限度采用电制动进行回收,同时还可保证制动感觉的一致性和制动安全性。
