Comprising a front brake and a rear brake, the front brake is connected with a front booster pump, the rear brake is connected with a rear booster pump, the front booster pump and the rear booster pump are connected with a temporary parking valve through gas circuit hoses, the temporary parking valve is connected with a driving gas storage cylinder through a gas circuit hose, and the driving gas storage cylinder is connected with an integrated dryer. And the integrated dryer is connected with an electric oil-free air compressor. High-pressure gas is conveyed through the electric oil-free air compressor and is directly discharged into the atmosphere through the temporary stop valve, and the braking response time is shortened. And the temporary stop valve can be conveniently connected and control the work of the front booster pump and the rear booster pump so as to realize the braking of the front axle and the rear axle, and the braking is more convenient and faster.

    本发明的一种纯电动装载机行车制动系统,属于工程机械技术领域。包括前制动器和后制动器,所述前制动器连接有前加力泵,所述后制动器连接有后加力泵,所述前加力泵和后加力泵通过气路软管连接临时停车阀,所述临时停车阀通过气路软管连接行车储气筒,所述行车储气筒连接集成式干燥器,所述集成式干燥器连接电动无油空气压缩机。通过电动无油空气压缩机输送高压气体直接通过临时停车阀排入大气,减少制动响应时间。且临时停车阀可以方便的连接并控制前加力泵和后加力泵的工作从而实现前、后桥制动,制动起来更加方便快捷。
