The invention discloses a reversible lane setting method considering carbon emission of motor vehicles, wherein the method comprises the steps: carrying out design of a reversible lane traffic management scheme from the perspective of environmental protection through taking the reduction of the carbon emission of the motor vehicles as a target. On the basis of basic data such as vehicle parametersand climatic environment parameters, a model simulation analysis method is used, the total carbon emission amount of motor vehicles of a target road section under different reversible lane schemes ispredicted through digital calculation, and the driving direction of the reversible lane is effectively and accurately determined. The invention discloses a device of the reversible lane setting method considering carbon emission of the motor vehicles, wherein the device is used for realizing the method.

    本发明公开了一种考虑机动车碳排放的潮汐车道设置方法,本发明从环境保护的角度,以降低机动车碳排放为目标,进行潮汐车道交通管理方案设计;本发明在车辆参数、气候环境参数等基本数据的基础上,使用模型仿真分析的方法,通过数字化计算预测目标路段在不同潮汐车道方案下机动车的碳排放总量,有效而准确地确定潮汐车道行车方向。本发明公开了一种考虑机动车碳排放的潮汐车道设置方法的装置,用于实现本方法。
