The invention belongs to the technical field of helicopter blade rigidity testing, and particularly relates to a test device and a test method for measuring the flapping rigidity of a helicopter blade. The test device comprises a test fixture (1), a counterweight wing-shaped fixture (4), a support frame (5), a loading wing-shaped fixture (6), an elastic screw sleeve (7), a load sensor (8) and a dynamometer (9). By improving the test method and introducing the load sensor and the dynamometer with higher precision, the problem of measurement errors in the measurement device and method in the prior art is solved, and the test precision of the flapping rigidity of the helicopter blade is improved.

    本发明属于直升机桨叶刚度测试技术领域,具体涉及一种测量直升机桨叶挥舞刚度的试验装置及试验方法。试验装置包括试验夹具(1)、配重翼型夹具(4)、支撑架(5)、加载翼型夹具(6)、松紧螺套(7)、载荷传感器(8)、测力计(9)。通过改进试验方法,引入精度较高的载荷传感器和测力计,克服了现有技术测量装置及方法中的测量误差问题,使直升机桨叶挥舞刚度的测试精度得到了提高。
