The test device comprises a test fixture (1), a counterweight wing-shaped fixture (4), a support frame (5), a loading wing-shaped fixture (6), an elastic screw sleeve (7), a load sensor (8) and a dynamometer (9). By improving the test method and introducing the load sensor and the dynamometer with higher precision, the problem of measurement errors in the measurement device and method in the prior art is solved, and the test precision of the flapping rigidity of the helicopter blade is improved.
