The test piece fixing assembly is arranged on the front section of the inner side of the internal force system frame assembly, the centrifugal force direction loading assembly is arranged on the rear section of the inner side of the internal force system frame assembly to apply simulated centrifugal force to a test piece, and the shimmy force actuator fixing assembly is arranged on the left side or the right side of the inner side of the internal force system frame assembly to apply simulated shimmy force to the test piece. The flapping force direction loading assembly is arranged at the top end of the inner side of the internal force system frame assembly and applies simulated flapping force to the test piece. According to the invention, loads in three directions of centrifugal force, flapping force and shimmy force can be applied to a test piece with a large structure size under the action of a large load, so that a static failure mode, a static strength dangerous part and a static strength characteristic of a blade root section can be obtained.
