The invention discloses a wire clamp detection device and method based on an unmanned aerial vehicle. The device comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body, an X-ray flaw detection device and a rollerdevice, wherein the X-ray flaw detection device is mounted on the unmanned aerial vehicle body. The roller device comprises a roller, a connecting frame and a driving motor; the connecting frame is mounted at the body top of the unmanned aerial vehicle body; an annular clamping groove circumferentially distributed around the central axis of the roller is formed in the outer circumferential surfaceof the roller; the roller is rotatably mounted on the connecting frame, and a gap space for clamping the wire into the annular clamping groove is formed between the roller and the body of the unmanned aerial vehicle body; an output shaft of the driving motor is connected with a rotating shaft of the roller for driving the roller to rotate. The technical problems that in an existing unmanned aerial vehicle detection technology, an unmanned aerial vehicle is difficult to accurately fall onto a wire clamp, and air crash potential safety hazards exist can be solved.

    本申请公开了一种基于无人机的线夹检测装置及方法,其中装置包括:无人机本体、X射线探伤装置以及滚轮装置;X射线探伤装置安装于无人机本体;滚轮装置包括滚轮、连接架以及驱动电机;连接架安装于无人机本体的机体顶部;滚轮的外周面上设有绕自身中心轴线圆周分布的环形卡槽;滚轮转动安装于连接架,且与无人机本体的机体之间形成供导线卡入环形卡槽的间隙空间;驱动电机的输出轴与滚轮的转轴连接,用于驱动滚轮转动。能够解决现有无人机检测技术中无人机难以准确落到线夹上且存在坠机安全隐患的技术问题。
