The stable anti-stumbling auxiliary device comprises an escalator step, the upper end of the escalator step is provided with comb tooth bulges and comb tooth grooves which are arranged alternatively, a guide sliding hole is formed in a notch at one side of each comb tooth groove, a prompt block is arranged in each guide sliding hole, and a reinforcing welding plate is welded at the lower end of the escalator step. Reset springs are fixedly connected between the prompt blocks and the reinforcing welding plate. The device is simple in structure, the anti-stumbling function in the escalator treading process is achieved through a non-electric structure, the anti-stumbling function is more stable, the luggage case sliding phenomenon can be greatly reduced, and the safety is higher.
本发明属于电动扶梯技术领域,尤其是一种电动扶梯用稳定型防跌绊辅助装置,针对现有的防跌倒辅助装置均依靠电动结构实现防跌倒的功能,扶梯梯级一直处于不断运动的状态中,其震动极容易造成电动结构故障,从而导致其防跌倒作用不稳定;以及由于乘员容易踢到凸起,带来绊到危险的问题,现提出以下方案,包括上端间隔设置有梳齿凸起和梳齿凹槽的扶梯阶级,梳齿凹槽一侧的槽口处设置有导向滑孔,且导向滑孔中设置有提示块,扶梯阶级下端焊接有补强焊板,提示块与补强焊板之间固定连接有复位弹簧。本发明结构简单,采用非电动结构实现踩踏电动扶梯过程中的防跌绊功能,其防跌绊作用更加稳定,且能够大大减小行李箱滑落现象,安全性更高。
