The invention relates to the technical field of escalators, and discloses an escalator auxiliary braking device which comprises an auxiliary braking assembly, a driving main shaft, a truss and a controller, the auxiliary braking assembly comprises a clamping driving structure, two main shaft clamping structures, two reset structures, a detection structure and a base, and the base is installed on the truss. One ends of the two main shaft clamping structures are hinged to the base, the two main shaft clamping structures are arranged in a mirror image mode, the driving main shaft penetrates through the position between the two main shaft clamping structures, the two ends of the driving main shaft are installed on the truss, and the other ends of the two main shaft clamping structures are connected with the two ends of the clamping driving structure correspondingly. The two ends of the two reset structures are connected with the other ends of the two main shaft clamping structures respectively, the clamping driving structure is installed on the truss, the detection structure is matched with the driving main shaft, and the clamping driving structure and the detection structure are both connected with the controller. The brake device is high in friction force controllability and stable in braking process, is provided with a closed-loop control system for monitoring the speed reduction process and dynamically adjusting the closing force, and has the advantages of being convenient to maintain and replace.

    本发明涉及扶梯的技术领域,其公开了一种扶梯辅助制动装置包括辅助制动组件、驱动主轴、桁架和控制器,辅助制动组件包括夹持驱动结构、两个主轴夹持结构、两个复位结构和检测结构和底座,底座安装于桁架,两个主轴夹持结构的一端与底座铰接,两个主轴夹持结构呈镜像设置,驱动主轴穿过两个主轴夹持结构之间,驱动主轴的两端安装于桁架,两个主轴夹持结构的另一端分别与夹持驱动结构的两端连接,两个复位结构的两端分别与两个主轴夹持结构的另一端连接,夹持驱动结构安装于桁架,检测结构与驱动主轴相匹配,夹持驱动结构和检测结构均与控制器连接。本发明的摩擦力可控性强,制动过程稳定,具有监控减速过程及合闸力度动态调整的闭环控制系统,具有方便维护、方便更换的优点。
