The invention discloses a four-wheel steering adjusting device. When a vehicle is steered, a steering connecting rod is pushed through a telescopic driving structure, and a first steering arm and a second steering arm at the front end and the rear end are driven by the steering connecting rod to rotate; the first steering arm and the second steering arm drive a front wheel and a rear wheel to rotate through a first steering shaft and a second steering shaft respectively to enable the vehicle to steer, and meanwhile, the second transmission structure is driven by the second steering arm to rotate around the first transmission structure, the steering connecting rod is rotationally connected with the second transmission structure through an eccentric shaft, a hinge point between the steeringconnecting rod and the second steering arm can deviate to a certain extent, and correspondingly compensates for the variation generated by a steering center point of the steering connecting rod duringsteering, so that the steering angles of the front wheel and the rear wheel are completely complementary during steering. Compared with the prior art, the four-wheel steering adjusting device can guarantee that the steering angle of the front wheel and the steering angle of the rear wheel are completely complementary in the steering process, and the structure is simple, and the manufacturing costis low.

    本发明公开了一种四轮转向调节装置,在车辆转向时,通过伸缩驱动结构推动转向连接杆,经由转向连接杆带动前后两端的第一转向臂和第二转向臂转动,再经第一转向臂和第二转向臂分别通过第一转向轴和第二转向轴带动前轮和后轮转动使车辆转向,同时,第二传动结构在第二转向臂的带动下绕第一传动结构转动,由于转向连接杆与第二传动结构通过偏心轴转动连接,转向连接杆与第二转向臂之间的铰接点会发生一定的偏移,对应补偿转向连接杆在转向时转向中心点产生的变动量,从而保证转向时前后轮转向角度完全互补,与现有技术相比,本发明提供的四轮转向调节装置,能够保证转向时前后轮转向角度完全互补,且结构简单,制造成本低。
