The invention discloses an intelligent car washing method of an anti-collision robot, and relates to the technical field of intelligent car washing, which comprises the following steps: firstly, a caris parked at a preset position, starting the robot at the moment, the distance between the robot and the car is measured respectively by two laser distance measuring sensors on one side of the robot,and a distance numerical signal is transmitted to a controller; meanwhile, the two controllers control the robot to start to advance, and in the advancing process, when the robot is located on one side of the automobile, the controllers adjust the advancing direction of the robot according to the distance numerical value signals, so that the two laser distance measuring sensors measure that the distance between the robot and the automobile is the same, and the robot and the automobile are kept in a parallel state; when the robot moves to the corner of the automobile, the controller controls the robot to steer, and in the process that the robot moves around the automobile, the operation part conducts automobile washing operation on the automobile.

    本发明公开了一种防碰撞机器人的智能洗车方法,涉及智能洗车技术领域,首先将车辆停在预定位置,此时启动机器人,机器人一侧的两个激光测距传感器分别测量出机器人与汽车之间的距离,并将该距离数值信号传输至控制器;同时个控制器控制机器人开始行进,在行进过程中,在汽车一侧时,控制器根据距离数值信号调整机器人行进方向,使得两个激光测距传感器分别测量出机器人与汽车之间的距离相同,此时机器人与汽车保持平行状态;当机器人行进到汽车拐角处时,此时控制器控制机器人进行转向,在机器人绕汽车行进过程中,作业部对汽车进行洗车作业。
