The invention discloses a stator of an ultra-thin brushless direct current motor, a wheel-side motor and a wheel-side motor driving wheel, the stator of the brushless direct current motor comprises astator punching sheet and winding coils, the brushless direct current motor has n phases, the stator punching sheet comprises an annular yoke part and m * n tooth grooves, and m is the group number ofthe winding coils; the winding coil of each tooth groove is wound between the groove body of the tooth groove and the outer ring of the yoke portion corresponding to the tooth groove, and the windingcoils of adjacent groups are communicated through a transition wire and are connected to an external driver through a wire inlet end and a wire outlet end. According to the invention, a traditional winding coil structure of tooth-groove-crossing winding is changed into a winding structure of single-tooth independent winding, and the winding coil of each tooth groove is wound between the slot bodyof the tooth groove and the outer ring of the yoke part corresponding to the tooth groove, so that the problem of excessively large thickness of a traditional wheel-side motor stator is solved, and the requirement of wheel-type driving is satisfied; meanwhile, the device cost is reduced.
本发明公开了超薄型无刷直流电机的定子、轮边电机及轮边电机驱动轮,无刷直流电机的定子包括定子冲片和绕组线圈,所述的无刷直流电机为n相,定子冲片包括环状的轭部和m*n个齿槽,m为绕组线圈的组数;每只齿槽的绕组线圈缠绕在该齿槽的槽体和该齿槽对应轭部的外圈之间,相邻组之间的绕组线圈以过渡导线连通,并通过进线端和出线端联接至外部的驱动器。本发明将传统跨齿槽绕线的绕组线圈结构改为单齿独立绕线的绕组结构,每只齿槽的绕组线圈缠绕在该齿槽的槽体和该齿槽对应轭部的外圈之间,从而克服了传统轮边电机定子厚度尺寸过大问题,适应了轮式驱动的需求,同时降低了器件成本。
