The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting cranes, in particular to an intelligent hoisting crane anti-collision system for a factory building. The system comprises a shell, a hoisting mechanism, a controller, a support beam body, a track body, a walking wheel body and a driving motor, wherein the track body is mounted at the top of the support beam body, an outer casing is bolted onthe surface of one side of the shell, and the driving motor is mounted in the outer casing. The system has a braking function, can shorten the sliding distance of the hoisting crane after shutdown, has an anti-collision protection function, prevents the hoisting crane and limiting structures from being damaged in the collision process, and solves the problem that potential safety hazards exist due to the fact that some existing hoisting cranes lack the braking function and the hoisting cranes can still slide for a certain distance because of inertia after shutdown, and the problem that the limiting structures are arranged on the two sides of a hoisting crane track and once the hoisting crane collides with the limiting structures, the limiting structures or the hoisting crane is extremelyprone to being damaged.

    本发明涉及吊装行车技术领域,尤其为一种厂房用智能吊装行车防碰撞系统,包括壳体、吊装机构、控制器、支撑梁本体、轨道本体、行走轮本体和驱动电机,所述轨道本体安装在支撑梁本体的顶部,所述壳体一侧的表面栓接有外壳,所述驱动电机安装在外壳的内部;本发明具有刹车功能,并能够缩短吊装行车停机后的滑行距离,且具有防撞保护功能,避免吊装行车和限位结构在撞击过程中受损,解决了现有的一些吊装行车缺少刹车功能,在停机后,吊装行车由于惯性仍能滑行一段距离,进而存有安全隐患,且吊装行车轨道的两侧均设置有限位结构,吊装行车一旦与限位结构发生撞击,极易造成限位结构或吊装行车受损的问题。
