The invention belongs to the field of mechanical equipment, and especially relates to a hoisting traveling crane anti-knock system. The system comprises an infrared unit, a distance detection device, a distance judging device, and a braking device. The infrared unit is arranged in an anti-knock area and comprises an infrared emitter, an infrared receiver, and a light reflecting plate, the infrared emitter and the infrared receiver are arranged on one side of the anti-knock area, the light reflecting plate is arranged on the other side of the anti-knock area; the infrared emitter, the infrared receiver and the light reflecting plate are arranged in such way so that the infrared beams emitted by the infrared emitter can be reflected to the infrared receiver by the light reflecting plate; the distance detection device is connected to the infrared emitter and the infrared receiver, and the braking device is connected to the distance judging device. The provided hoisting travelling crane anti-knock system can automatically detect the distance and prevent collision accidence. Before collision, the anti-knock device can actively brake the vehicle to effectively prevent the collision and derail accidents.
