The invention relates to a segmental torsion type flapping wing structure. The structure comprises segmental wings, an elastic beam and a main shaft, wherein the segmented wing comprises a plurality of wing sections arranged in the wingspan direction, and all the wing sections are independent of one another; each wing section is rotatably arranged on the main shaft; the elastic beam is arranged inthe wingspan direction of the wing, and the elastic beam is connected with each wing section and provides elastic supporting force for each wing section; when the wings are under the action of aerodynamic force, the wing sections can overcome the elastic supporting force of the elastic beams and rotate with the main shaft as a rotating shaft, and the elastic beams provide elastic reset force forthe rotating wing sections.
