The invention relates to an unmanned aerial vehicle and unmanned ship cooperative water area cleaning method, a system, a device and a readable storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: dividing a to-be-cleaned water area into a plurality of subareas, and collecting an image through an unmanned aerial vehicle to obtain garbage distribution information in the subareas; allocating the unmanned aerial vehicle and the unmanned ship to different unmanned ships to clean the subareas with the garbage distribution information until all the subareas are cleaned, so that the technical problemof low cooperative efficiency of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the unmanned ship in the prior art is solved, and the effect of increasing the water area cleaning speed under the cooperation of the unmanned aerial vehicle and the unmanned ship is achieved.
