Thedevice comprises a device vehicle body and a transmission frame; the transmission frame is arranged above the device vehicle body, a containing frame is arranged in the transmission frame, and guardrails are hinged to the two sides of the surface of the containing frame; a hook is hinged to the center of one side of the guardrail; hanging rings are fixed to the two sides of the surface of the containing frame correspondingly, and the hanging rings and the hooks are clamped and matched with each other; supporting plates are fixed to the two sides of the transmission frame under the containingframe correspondingly; a buffer cavity is formed in the position, under the transmission frame, of the surface of the device vehicle body; adjusting grooves are formed in the positions, on the two sides of the buffer cavity, of the surface of the device vehicle body; and universal wheels are installed on the two sides of the bottom of the device vehicle body. According to the transmission device,the convenience degree of the transmission device in use is improved, the phenomenon that monocrystalline silicon falls off in the conveying process of the transmission device is avoided, and the stability of the transmission device is improved.
