The invention relates to the technical field of monocrystalline silicon rod machining, in particular to a monocrystalline silicon rod hoisting clamp which comprises a lifting lug, a clamping stabilizing mechanism, a fixed beam, a connecting mechanism, a movable clamping mechanism, a positioning mechanism, a scrap collecting mechanism and a connecting adsorption mechanism. Movable clamping mechanisms are slidably mounted at the two ends of the fixed beam; the connecting mechanism is slidably nested in the fixed beam, one end of the connecting mechanism is fixedly connected with the movable clamping mechanism, and the other end of the connecting mechanism is fixedly connected with the clamping stabilizing mechanism; and the clamping stabilizing mechanism is used for converting the displacement amount of ascending in the vertical direction into the displacement amount of moving in the horizontal direction, so that the distance between the two movable clamping mechanisms is shortened, the monocrystalline silicon rod is clamped in the axial direction, and hoisting and carrying are completed. Therefore, not only is the yield of the monocrystalline silicon rods improved and the economic loss reduced, but also the major potential safety hazard that the silicon rods fall off from the clamp and hurt workers is solved.

    本发明涉及单晶硅硅棒机械加工技术领域,具体涉及一种单晶硅硅棒吊运夹具,包括:吊耳、夹持稳定机构、固定梁、连接机构、移动夹持机构、定位机构、碎屑收集机构、连接吸附机构,所述固定梁为一根刚性梁,固定梁两端可滑动的安装有移动夹持机构;所述连接机构可滑动的嵌套在固定梁中,连接机构一端固定连接移动夹持机构,连接机构的另一端固定连接夹持稳定机构;夹持稳定机构将竖直方向上升的位移量转换为水平方向移动的位移量,以使两移动夹持机构间距缩短,以在单晶硅硅棒轴向上夹持,完成吊装搬运。如此不仅提升了单晶硅硅棒的良品率,减少了经济损失,而且就解决了硅棒从夹具掉脱落砸伤工作人员这一重大安全隐患。
