The invention discloses an electric vehicle rollover prevention device which is characterized by comprising a passive telescopic buffer mechanism, the passive telescopic buffer mechanism is connectedwith a hydraulic shock absorber in series, one end of the hydraulic shock absorber is connected with an axle of an electric vehicle, and the other end of the hydraulic shock absorber is connected withthe passive telescopic buffer mechanism; the passive telescopic buffer mechanism comprises a supporting plate, the supporting plate is connected with a hydraulic damper, a first air chamber is arranged on the other face of the supporting plate, and the end, deviating from the supporting plate, of the first air chamber is connected with a frame of the electric vehicle ; the shape of the first airchamber changes along with pressure; and the frame of the electric vehicle is further provided with a second air chamber, the first air chamber is communicated with the second air chamber, the secondair chamber is further communicated with a passive inflator, one end of the inflator is connected with the axle, and the other end of the inflator is connected with the frame. According to the scheme,the device has the beneficial effects that the structure is simple, the design is reasonable, the electric vehicle can be prevented from rolling over when running on a bumpy road surface, and the electric vehicle can also be prevented from rolling over when turning.

    本发明公开了一种电动车防侧翻装置,其特征在于,包括被动式伸缩缓冲机构,被动式伸缩缓冲机构串联有液压减震器,液压减震器一端连接电动车的车桥,液压减震器的另一端连接被动式伸缩缓冲机构;被动式伸缩缓冲机构包括支撑板,支撑板连接液压减震器,支撑板另一面设置有第一气室,第一气室背离支撑板的一端连接电动车的车架;第一气室形状随压力变化;电动车的车架还设置有第二气室,第一气室与第二气室连通,第二气室还连通有被动式气筒,气筒一端连接车桥,气筒另一端连接车架。本方案的有益效果可根据对上述方案的叙述得知,结构简单、设计合理,能使电动车在坑洼路面行驶时避免发生侧翻,也能使电动车在转弯时避免发生侧翻。
