The invention relates to a vehicle light state acquisition system and device based on a photoelectric effect and a vehicle, and solves the technical problem that a vehicle electric control system needs to be accessed in a broken line mode when a vehicle light state is acquired in vehicle training examination in the prior art. The acquisition system comprises a front-end acquisition module and a rear-end processing module. The front-end acquisition module is used for acquiring a vehicle light state in a non-contact manner by utilizing a photoelectric effect and converting the vehicle light state into an electric signal from an optical signal; and the rear-end processing module is used for receiving the electric signal generated by the front-end acquisition module and converting the electricsignal into a digital signal which can be received by a vehicle training assessment system. The light state of a vehicle is obtained in a non-contact mode, the operation level and correctness of a driver are evaluated, the integrity of an electrical system of the vehicle is guaranteed, and related safety accidents are avoided.

    本发明涉及一种基于光电效应的车辆灯光状态采集系统、设备和车辆,解决现有技术中在车辆训练考核获取车辆灯光状态时,需要采用破线的方式接入车辆电控系统的技术问题。本发明的采集系统包括前端采集模块和后端处理模块。其中,前端采集模块:用于利用光电效应通过非接触的方式采集车辆灯光状态,并将车辆灯光状态由光信号转换为电信号;后端处理模块:用于接收前端采集模块产生的电信号,并将电信号转化为车辆训练考核系统可以接收的数字信号。本发明采用非接触的方式获取车辆灯光状态,为驾驶人员的操作水平及正确性进行评估,保证了车辆电气系统的完整性,避免了相关安全事故的发生。
