The invention discloses a rotor-type wall climbing robot which comprises a robot framework, a rotor wing mechanism, a walking mechanism and a detection control assembly, the robot framework comprisesa chassis support and a structure support, the walking mechanism is composed of four sets of driving walking wheels, and the rotor wing mechanism is composed of a rotor wing housing, a propeller and arotating motor. The detection control assembly comprises a control main board, a balance sensor, a wireless transceiver, a storage battery, a monitor and a sensor. The robot is simple in structure and reasonable in design, has the functions of walking, wall climbing, lifting and front-back flying, has the advantages of being light and stable in structure, flexible in movement and low in cost, istough and elastic in chassis structure, is not prone to damage. The rotor mechanism is environment-friendly, light, high in strength, long in service life, capable of replacing manual work to conductmonitoring, recording, detecting and the like, diverse in function and wide in application range.
