The invention discloses an anti-tipping control method for high-altitude hoisting. The method comprises the following steps that (1) during high-altitude hoisting operation, a sensing system reads thecurrent wind speed and wind direction; (2) a vehicle-mounted controller judges whether the current wind speed exceeds a preset maximum allowable operation wind speed of a crane or not according to the current wind speed; (3) when the current wind speed is not greater than the maximum allowable operation wind speed, the vehicle-mounted controller performs judgment and calculation according to an operation instruction of a driver in combination with the parameters of a hoisted object and the collected wind speed and wind direction; and (4) when the current wind speed exceeds the maximum allowable operation wind speed, an operation risk is prompted to the crane driver, and the crane is only allowed to perform the operation of lowering the safety risk after the driver feeds back an operationcontinuing signal. According to the method, the crane driver can be warned of the operation risk and is allowed to move in a safer direction, so that the tipping risk is lowered, the tipping risk during high-altitude hoisting can be actively controlled, a detection element and a mechanism do not need to be additionally arranged, the cost is, and popularization is easy.

    本发明公开了一种高空吊装防倾翻控制方法,包括以下步骤:(1)高空吊装作业时,传感系统读取当前风速、风向;(2)车载控制器根据当前风速判断是否超过起重机预先设定的最大允许作业风速;(3)当前风速不大于最大允许作业风速时,车载控制器根据司机的操作指令,结合吊装物的参数、所采集的风速和风向起进行判断和计算;(4)当前风速超过最大允许作业风速,向起重机司机提示作业风险,司机反馈继续作业信号后,只允许起重机执行降低安全风险的操作。本发明能够警示起重机司机操作风险,并允许向更安全的方向运动,降低倾翻风险,能够主动控制高空吊装的倾翻风险,不需要另外设置检测元件和机构,成本低、易于推广。
