The hoist system comprises a large-tonnage hoist and a small-tonnage hoist, wherein the large-tonnage hoist is arranged on the outer side of a plant and does not directly face the installation position; and the small-tonnage hoist is arranged on the outer side of the plant and directly faces the installation position, and a certain distance is kept between the small-tonnage hoist and the plant. The lifting system comprises a hauling rail which is horizontally arranged, one end of the lifting system is located on the lower side of the installation position in the plant, and the other end of the lifting system stretches to the plant wall close to the hoist system. The winding system comprises a winding engine and pulley blocks, and the pulley blocks comprise the supporting pulley block and the winding pulley block. For hoisting of the high-altitude system, the hoisting system is safe and reliable, and has reasonability and feasibility.
