The invention relates to the technical field of high-altitude net rack installation construction equipment, in particular to a hoisting structure for high-altitude net rack splicing and a hoisting method thereof.The hoisting structure comprises a lifting hook directly connected with a truck crane, the axis position of the bottom of the lifting hook is connected with a fixing table through a steel cable, and fixing ropes are connected to the bottom of the fixing table in the circumferential direction at equal angles; the tail end of each fixing rope is provided with an adjusting part used for being connected with a net rack. The adjusting part comprises a shell fixedly connected with one end of a fixing rope, a circular plate divides the interior of the shell into a main cavity and a secondary cavity, a wire hole and a circular hole are formed in the outer side of the shell and communicate with the main cavity and the secondary cavity correspondingly, and a winding roller and a worm wheel are rotatably and correspondingly installed in the main cavity and the secondary cavity. According to the hoisting device, the net rack is hoisted and assembled in a unitized mode, and the hoisting device has the advantages of being high in construction safety and low in hoisting deflection angle error.
