The invention relates to the technical field of tower cranes, and discloses a jacking and step changing device of an inner climbing tower crane. The jacking and step changing device comprises a climbing box; a first rack is slidably connected to the inside of the climbing box; supporting mechanisms are arranged on the inner walls of the climbing box; a top frame is connected to the top of the first rack through bolts; a fixing mechanism is arranged inside the top frame; and a jacking mechanism is arranged between the first rack and the top frame. According to the jacking and step changing device of the inner climbing tower crane, the climbing and lifting of a crane body can be realized through the cooperation work of the jacking mechanism and the supporting mechanisms; clamping jaws on thejacking mechanism are welded and fixed to the body, and the jacking mechanism cannot be rotated, so that the bearing force at the joints is greatly increased, and the safety coefficient is greatly increased; and a third supporting plate and a fourth supporting plate are clamped between every two second racks so as to share the gravity with the jacking mechanism and avoid the situation that the crane is too heavy to break the jacking mechanism and a safety accident occurs.

    本发明涉及塔吊技术领域,且公开了一种内爬塔式起重机的顶升换步装置,包括攀爬箱,所述攀爬箱的内部滑动连接有一号机架,所述攀爬箱的内壁设置有支撑机构,所述一号机架的顶部通过螺栓连接有顶架,所述顶架的内部设置有固定机构,所述一号机架与顶架之间设置有顶升机构。本发明的内爬塔式起重机的顶升换步装置,通过顶升机构和支撑机构配合工作,从而可以实现起重机本体进行攀爬升起,且顶升机构上的卡爪与本体焊接固定,无法旋转,进而大大增加了连接处的承受力,使安全系数大大增加,且每两个二号机架之间都卡接有三号支撑板和四号支撑板,可以帮助顶升机构分担重力,防止起重机过重使顶升机构断裂,进而发生安全事故。
