The device is provided with an adjustable climbing ladder, steps, an inner climbing frame, a stop block, a climbing ladder support, a jacking oil cylinder, a jacking assembly and a pump station, wherein the power output is provided in the jacking oil cylinder through the pump station, the jacking assembly on a piston rod drags the steps to jack a tower body to a certain height, the stop block compresses a main chord member of a standard section of the tower body to prevent the tower body from moving downwards, the piston rod retracts by a certain distance, the jacking assembly is separated from the steps, the tower body is jacked again until the piston rod returns to the initial position, reciprocating repetition is performed until the tower body reaches a preset height, and a pin of the climbing ladder support is arranged in a connection hole of the adjustable climbing ladder to realize the fixed connection between the adjustable climbing ladder and the climbing ladder support, so that the lifting efficiency is greatly improved, the labor intensity is reduced, and the construction cost is saved.

    本发明公开了一种内爬动臂式塔吊顶升装置及施工方法,属于塔吊升降设备的技术领域。本发明中设有的可调爬梯、踏步、内爬框架、止动块、爬梯支座、顶升油缸、顶升组件和泵站,利用泵站为顶升油缸内提供动力输出,使得活塞杆上的顶升组件拖动踏步将塔身顶升至一定高度,止动块将压紧塔身的标准节主弦杆,防止塔身的下移,活塞杆回收一定距离,使得顶升组件与踏步分离,直至活塞杆恢复到初始位置时,再次顶升塔身,往复循环直至达到预定高度,将爬梯支座销轴安装在可调爬梯的连接孔内实现可调爬架和爬梯支座之间的固接,大大提高其升降效率和降低劳动强度,节约施工成本。
