The invention discloses an installation and construction method of jacking reverse sequence section adding of an internal climbing tower crane. The method comprises the steps that firstly, on two supporting platforms of an existing structure, a small truck crane is used for completing erection of two sets of climbing frames, and a tower body, a rotary middle section, a tower cap, a balance arm, balance weight, a front arm and other structures are installed at a lower height of the tower crane; the remaining tower body is installed at a bottom of the tower crane in a reverse sequence section adding mode; and jacking operation of the tower body is completed through movable telescopic supporting legs and a hydraulic jacking system on the climbing frame. According to the engineering scheme, aclimbing sleeve frame of the tower crane is not used, leasing and hoisting expenses of the climbing sleeve frame of the tower crane are saved, engineering cost is reduced, and a construction period isshortened. The method is applied to the field of building construction.

    本发明公开了一种内爬塔式起重机顶升逆序加节的安装施工方法,首先在已有结构的两个支承平台上,利用小型汽车吊完成两套爬升框架的搭设,及塔式起重机较低高度的塔身和旋转中节、塔帽、平衡臂、配重、前臂等结构的安装,剩余的塔身采用在塔式起重机的底部利用逆序加节的方式进行安装,利用爬升框架上的活动伸缩支腿和液压顶升系统完成塔身的顶升作业。本工程方案避免使用塔式起重机的爬升套架,节约了塔式起重机爬升套架的租赁、吊装费用,降低了工程造价,缩短了工期。此发明用于建筑施工领域。
