The invention discloses a self-climbing tower crane and a multi-cylinder jacking system thereof. The multi-cylinder jacking system comprises a main jacking hydraulic system provided with multiple main jacking oil cylinders (107), a main jacking pump (1), multiple electric proportional reversing valves (3) and a controller; each main jacking oil cylinder is provided with a displacement sensor for detecting displacement of a piston rod; the multiple electric proportional directional valves are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the multiple main jacking oil cylinders and are used for action switching control of the main jacking oil cylinders; and the controller is used for synchronously controlling the multiple main jacking oil cylinders and is configured to correspondingly adjust the opening degrees of oil passing valve ports of the electric proportional reversing valves according to the displacement detection values of the piston rods of the main jacking oil cylinders, so as to control the flow of hydraulic oil entering the oil cylinders, and adjust the speed and displacement of the piston rods. According to the multi-cylinder jacking system, displacement of the piston rods can be detected in real time, the opening degree of the proportional valves can be controlled in a closed-loop mode, consistent displacement of the piston rods of the multiple oil cylinders is ensured, synchronous jacking of the multiple cylinders is achieved, shutdown correction and manual intervention are not needed, and the safety and reliability are high.

    本发明公开了一种自爬升式塔机及其多缸顶升系统,包括具有多个主顶升油缸(107)、主顶升泵(1)、多个电比例换向阀(3)和控制器的主顶升液压系统,每个主顶升油缸均设有用于检测活塞杆位移的位移传感器;多个电比例换向阀与多个主顶升油缸一一对应设置并用于相应的主顶升油缸的动作切换控制;控制器用于同步控制多个主顶升油缸并被配置为根据各自的活塞杆位移检测值对应调节各个电比例换向阀的通油阀口的开度,从而控制进入油缸的液压油流量,调整活塞杆速度和位移。本发明可实时检测活塞杆位移,闭环控制比例阀开度,确保多油缸活塞杆位移一致,实现多缸同步顶升,无需停机纠偏和人工介入,安全可靠性高。
