The invention discloses a tower crane and a driving and braking integrated device thereof. The driving and braking integrated device comprises a coiling drum, a coiling cylinder supporting base, a driving motor, a planetary reducer and a braking device integrated into the coiling drum. The planetary reducer is contained into an inner cavity of a central cylinder of the coiling drum; and the braking device comprises a cylindrical shell, a friction plate assembly for locking a wheel axle, a hydraulic module and an oil pipe. A first end of the cylindrical shell is fixedly connected with a body ofthe driving motor; a second end of the cylindrical shell is connected with a first planet carrier through a second bearing; the second end partially stretches into the inner cavity of the central cylinder of the coiling drum; and the wheel axle and the driving shaft penetrate into the cylindrical shell. Due to the integrated design that the braking device is partially integrated and designed intothe planetary reducer and the planetary reducer is integrated into the coiling drum, a lifting mechanism of the tower crane is more compact, lower in mass and smaller in size.

    本发明公开了一种塔式起重机及其驱动与制动集成装置。所述驱动与制动集成装置卷筒、卷筒支座、驱动电机、行星减速器以及集成于所述卷筒内的制动器。所述行星减速器容纳于所述卷筒的中心圆筒的内腔中,所述制动器包括筒状壳体、用于抱死所述轮轴的摩擦片组件、液压模组以及油管,所述筒状壳体的第一端与所述驱动电机的本体固定连接,所述筒状壳体的第二端与所述第一行星架之间通过第二轴承连接,且所述第二端部分的伸入卷筒的中心圆筒的内腔内,所述轮轴与所述驱动轴穿设在所述筒状壳体内。从而通过将制动器部分集成设计到行星减速器内,行星减速器集成到卷筒内,通过这样的集成设计使塔式起重机起升机构更紧凑,质量和体积更轻便。
