The invention discloses an automobile chassis wheel center plate machining process. The process comprises the following steps of 1) fine blanking forming; 2) step extruding, wherein cold pressing is carried out on a center plate by adopting a mold to form a cold pressing surface; 3) shaping, wherein four positioning grooves are extruded and a sensor mounting groove is stamped; 4) fine punching, wherein an assembly hole is punched by adopting an oil press; 5) hole milling, wherein high-precision machining is carried out on a mounting hole and the sensor mounting groove; and 6) burr removing andcleaning. According to the process, double-sided grinding is conducted on the surface of the center plate after fine blanking forming, burrs on the surface are removed, the flatness of the surface ofthe center plate is high, a foundation is laid for subsequent machining, the product precision is integrally improved, and when the sensor mounting groove is shaped and punched, the sensor mounting groove is in a step shape so as to prevent the surface of the center plate from collapsing.
本发明公开了一种汽车底盘车轮幅板加工工艺,包括如下步骤:1)精冲成型;2)挤压台阶,采用模具对幅板冷压并形成冷压面;3)整形,挤压四个定位槽以及冲压一个传感器安装槽;4)精冲孔,采用油压机冲压出装配孔;5)铣孔,对安装孔和传感器安装槽进行高精度加工;6)刷毛刺、清洗。本发明在精冲成型后先对幅板表面进行双面磨,不仅去除表面毛刺,而且使幅板表面平面度高,为后续的加工打下基础,整体提高产品的精度,而且在整形冲压传感器安装槽时,为避免幅板表面塌陷,所述传感器安装槽呈阶梯型。
